Love your scars.
You can’t live a whole life without getting a scar; it might be from physical hurts, emotional pains.
It can be from childhood, adulthood or teenage years.
Sometimes the whole injury sites heals but the scars still remains there,
in as much as we can see it as a visible scars, we should always visualize that there are invisible scars a lot today are living with that we can’t see, it can be from self-doubt, divorce, something people say to us in a form of mockery and we tend to loose us because we feel we are not good, beautiful enough.
But sometimes we look at our scars with negativity not knowing that it’s a proof of what God brought us through from, we might have been dead and forgotten but he kept us for a reason, a purpose most importantly for us to be a walking miracle and a proof that God answers prayers.
Also it portrays the grace of God in our life,
It also shows that the wound is healed and it’s over your/me should moving on.
But we are sometimes bitter not knowing how faithful the lord has been to us and without his mercy you or me that is been complaining about been scarred that our existences would have been cut short or the end.
That’s when I lose something, feel rejected whenever I look at myself I smile and am motivated because of what I have been through and survived.
I know I used to have self-pity and always hiding my scars but I got fed up years ago I grew tired now am peace with my scars.
“Sometimes we have self-inflected wounds, maybe because of poor choices we have made in our lives” and we think we can’t do better again.
But HEY THERE!
Somebody needs you,
Somebody needs your smile
Somebody loves you just the way you are.
Somebody gets motivation \motivated by just looking at you.
Someone is out there craving to have standup moments with you.
Someone is praying for you to come their way, to hold you and feel a touch of that scars.
Your scars don’t disqualify you, know today that it qualifies you for a greater height and also prepares you for a whole new level of experience. Nothing you have being through is a waste.
People will betray you, hate on you, ditch you, mock you at your back but it’s not going to be easy, but you have to let go, you have to move on.
Some scars lasts a life time, so don’t be sour about it!.
Don’t hide your scars, because there’s healing there, there’s restoration, there’s motivation.
People around us are wounded, depressed, lost hope but you wouldn’t know some don’t know how to make it but once they see your scars they are healed.
So many people has asked me, Dear Kay how did you survive all those years I have just a little pimple growth on my face and am so depressed that I can’t talk to anyone with my face up, I can’t go on a date, I can’t do this I can’t do that! So how did you keep pushing on am thrilled?
This question I will answer in my next post…..
Compliment of the season.
